Vila Kalinciak is a B&B located in the upper part of the small village of Dolny Smokovec. You can find our B&B just off the main road which connects Poprad with Stary Smokovec and The High Tatras. Stary Smokovec is the gateway for your exploration of the beautiful mountains of The High Tatras. The closest tram stop is only 100 metres away.
The original house was built in 1884 and in 2011 it was completely revamped. The house is a listed national heritage property. Our B&B is owned and run by two owners. The ground floor is a completely self contained accommodation unit.
The square footage of the first floor and the attic is just under 300 square metres. The accommodation is very relaxing and offers fantastic value for money for clients. Is it a short stay you are looking for or a longer stay? Are you a single person looking to get away for a few days? Are you a group of people on a weekend away? We can accommodate all requests all year round. So look no further. The entrance to the wellness part is located at the back of the house. Here you can find parking spaces for up to 3 cars.
